I want a message board that only I can add people to leave messages. Hopefully something simple. My server doesn't allow php chi or asp. So does anyone have a way that I can use someone who is free to get a script from. :)

phpbb2 isnt simple . . . it is imposible for my host to set up

It is very simple. If your host is unable to set it up due to its "complexity," your host is incompetent and you should get a new one. :)
