Image w/ description tooltip

Hi there,
I am successfully using this java script by Sharon Paine.
Image w/ description tooltip from Dynamic Drive.
I have a lot of images and was wondering if anyone knows how to stop the preload of images so that they load only on mouse over. I think its probably some kind of preload algorithm.
All help will be greatly appreciated

You could remove the preload routine but, other adjustments might be needed for the script to continue to function. In any case, removing preload will result in a noticeable lag for most users the first time each image is accessed.
