A way to decrypt viruses.
Are we talking polymorphic viruses?
There are already ways to decrypt these, since the key and algorithm must be built into the virus' code. It's a bit like using Javascript to "encrypt" one's web page; it's impossible to hide completely, though it can be made difficult to read, since everything necessary to break the encryption needs must be distributed with the encrypted material.

On a less technical note, why on Earth did you post this in a web-design forum? And without giving any details?
