I published a website under my acct on roadrunner. im trying to figure out how to put a forum and calendar and chat on it if i can.. any takers?

From what they say, I don't think they support any server-side languages.

what is a good hosting site that i could go to that is free.. where i can upload the site i made in frontpage 2003 so i can add forum, chat and calendars?

I do not know a free host that provides both FrontPage and server-side scripting support. OpenSwarm (http://www.openswarm.com/) has the latter, but you should read their terms and conditions carefully first.
