Just some of the scripts. It doesn't matter which ones, although some will have a different effect on performance than others.

This won't just apply on FX; for slower computers, it will have unpredictable results on your page under any browser.

This won't just apply on FX (sic FF); for slower computers, it will have unpredictable results on your page under any browser.

Quite true, and the way to fix things is to decide which scripts are really essential and make these work together in at least all major browsers. If you write off FF, you lose at least 20% (and growing) of your users. Making sure that your page validates is a good step as well.
