I've installed "Pausing RSS scroller" It works fine, Its a perfect script, but I got a question about it, Everything is forks fine with Firefox and Opera but I cant setup it for IE, Please take a look below image:

Firstly, based on the code snippet you've posted, it would seem to suggest the page is in violation of Dynamic Drive's usage terms (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/notice.htm), which, among other things, states that the credit notice inside script must stay intact. Please reinstate the notice first.

To your question, I'm not sure what you're asking per the screenshot- how to center the RSS scroller on the page?
