Menu array (topmen4)- open link in another window

Hi-

I gave up on externalizing the anylink script- I decided to try and use

http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/topmen4/index.htm

My questions- I want one of the links to open in its own browser window and don't know how/where to put the directive to do this?
