Looking for IE Taskbar scroller

Script, JAVA, or otherwise. Searched haven't found much.

I'm guessing he's asking for a scrolling message when you rollover something (or maybe just on page load).

When you say "JAVA", you probably mean javascript. Java is different... totally different language for different things that could never control what's going on with the IE window.

This is unreliable and impractical. The status bar is an important UI feature, not a toy. Leave it alone.
