Need Help ...script writing

Hey as you can see I'm a new member with very little knowledge of script writing. I would need some help on a certain script I've seen on the following link..........http://WWW.RESTOMONTREAL.CA

As you can see as you rollover the pictures a window appears beside it .....window fades in and shows another picture

What I need is a script that you would rollover "TEXT" which does the same effect, But I do not need a link attached to the text just a window to appear (not a popup window) ......Can anyone help ??

Tsk tsk... naughty site. That (http://www.restomontreal.ca/functions/tooltip.js)'s a DD script, but the site hasn't included the credit on the main page as it should.
Well, that's simply the DHTML Tooltip II (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex5/dhtmltooltip2.htm) script with an image inside.

DD rules & regs say that if you install a script in an external file, the credit must remain on the main HTML page.
