Background color transparant (HV Menu v5.5 All)

Hi,

I have a question:

I was checking the code of the HV Menu v5.5 All (http://www.dynamicdrive.com), but i'm qurious, is it possible to change the background color in transparant? I tried to set the background to transparant, but it doesnt recognize the word "transparant". Is there another way?

var LowBgColor=''; // Background color when mouse is not over
var LowSubBgColor=''; // Background color when mouse is not over on subs
var HighBgColor=''; // Background color when mouse is over
var HighSubBgColor=''; // Background color when mouse is over on subs

Please can anyone help me out?

transparant = dyslexic transparent?

Try transparent. Just a thought.

I know, read my post. Thats the problem, i tried transparent (and yes, i ment transparent, not transparant, my mistake ;)), but instead of transparent the background became black. See example below:
