Hey, I've just recently gotten back into the whole web site game, and am looking for the code or script that will allow me to have a sliding "frame" or table that slides up and down the page as you scroll where I can post updates for my site (http://blogaphobia.vze.com) I want it on the right side of my page, and have it look relatively stylish so if it is customizable that would really help. I know the code is out there, I'm just not sure what type of coding, or even what it would be called. If anyone can help me thanks alot.

Look around the site itself. (www.dynamicdrive.com)... I'm sure there's some stuff like that.

There's a logo script that does that... you might be able to modify that. But I think there's also one more to your liking.
