pausing rss scroller - encoding?

Hi,
I have problem with encoding. The RSS Feeds that I want to use are encoded in ISO-8859-2. Where to set this encoding in the script since the default settings are not working and the text shown by the scroller is not as it should be.

Hmmm I'm not too good with encoding. A URL to your problem page/ RSS feed might help.
