Hi guys,
I would like a simple form that will also allow the person filling it in to be able to upload a image and send to e-mail address.
So the form would have the fields:
Name:
Company Name:
Category:
Upload Image (with a browse button so they can find their file on their comp)
And a Submit/Send button. (that sends to my e-mail)
I have looked everywhere for a script on this does anyone know where I could get a simple script or a file for this? Or a tutorial?
