Dynamic menu

Hi

I am very new to this.

I am trying to use a link at

http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/navigate2.htm

All I want to do is to create a dynamic menu where all the text is white and doesn't change colour on click or mouse over.

Hyperlinks should remain white.

I also need it to expand one category at a time and collapse all others.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
