Hi,
I am 18 yrs old and I am very interested in web design. What is the first thing I need to know? I know some basic html but I dont think im very organized or a good designer, I would like some info on things I should learn and how to create a good website.
All info/opinions/help would be appreciated thanks! :)
New NoobOh no... not another one :p Nah, just kidding, that's what we're here for. I suggest you start by looking at http://www.w3schools.com/. They have some good tutorials.

A good HTML tutorial is this one (http://yourhtmlsource.com/). It begins gentle but also covers more advanced topics that you'll most likely quickly run into.

When people tell you not to use a wysiwyg (what you see if what you get) application, listen to them. However, I love using dreamweaver. I think it's very useful to save me time. But, I always have the split view of code/preview mode on or full source code view. It does save time, but it really helps to keep an eye on your code.
So... feel free to use these tools to help, but only to help, not to do it all for you.
The reasoning there is that you need to know what's going on because in the end, you will surely end up with bugs in your code that your application can't fix for you.
Those links are probably going to help... not sure what else I could link to.
Good luck :)
