Floating menu DD script

Hi

I am using the floating menu script. But I want that initially the user must me able to drag and drop the menu anywhere on the screen and from there the menu floats with the scroll bar.

Please suggest how to do this.

Suggestions? Yes. I suggest you eat lots of fish. Fish is good for the mind, and I particularly like tuna, which is said to be full of mercury and therefore quite dangerous, but it tastes so good.
I wish I had antlers.
