In AOL MUSIC NOW you can listen to songs free on the internet, but if you right click and "save as" within about a day it the music file willnot play. Is there anyway that I can make my music files do that?
The only way to implement DRM (Digital Rights Management) is to install some software onto the user's computer, which can destroy or disable the music when the period expires.

If I do that can they delete what has been installed on thier computer? Can they Still burn the music to CD before it gets destroyed?
I have never Heard of DRM, how to i go about using it?
The most common way of doing it is encrypting the music, then storing the key to decrypt it inside a seperate player, so that only that player can play the music. Then, you only have to build a timelimit into the player, or into the song so that the player will refuse to play it after the limit has expired. However, this is debatably immoral, very difficult to implement, and generally not worth the bother, as anything you implement will almost certainly be easy to crack anyway.

so can they still burn it to cd?
They could, but they couldn't play it unless they a) cracked the player or b) extracted the key and used it to decrypt the music.
