need serious help!

i dont know if im in the right place or not but im trying to make a gif from a gif. does that make sence? ok here is the pic..

but im wanting the "pack" taken off and moon moved to the middle so it looks something like this...

i just want it to go non stop from side to side..a swinging moon. and im wanting the background to be black. so it will go nicely on my myspace page. if anyone could help me or do it for me i would be so happy. Thanks. and sorry if im in the wrong place to ask that.
