Scroller

hiii im using the splash screen flash intro html. it6 works fine but since im using a free sub domain from tripod.com they display ads. so the text appears on the ads. so i was woundering if there was a code that makes the scroller go to the very bottom of page and pause.

Also I need to add a .ram movie to my site it is uploaded to my site but i dont no how to put on the page does any one know the html code for that??
