Hello all, n00b needing help here!

I am attempting to configure Chrome Menu for use on my boyfriend's site, and it is currently getting the better of me.

I have got it to look how I want, changed the background, etc. But I cannot make the drop-down part of it actually drop-down!

I'm certain this is just a very stupid minor mistake on my part, but I cannot see where it is going wrong now. It's 6am and I'm sleep deprived, so maybe that would explain it!

Please could someone take a look at the source and get back to me? Whoever spots the problem gets my eternal gratitude and the privilege of pointing and laughing at me.

I'm not sure yet what the problem is but, the layout is obscuring the drop downs which are not dropping where you might expect. If you remove all images from the page, including background images, you will at least see the drop downs. Better yet, remove this:

z-index: 2;

from:

#content {
background-image:url(newcontentbg1.jpg);
background-repeat: repeat-y;
position: absolute;
z-index: 2;
top: 155px;
left: 0px;
height: 400px;
width: 750px;
padding:10px;
}

Thank you!

That solves the first issue, I can see the drop-downs.

But there is obviously something very wrong, as they are appearing halfway down the page and can't be clicked on. Eep!

I'm not sure why they are so far off, but this seems to fix them:

.dropmenudiv{
position:absolute;
top: 0;
border: 1px solid #BBB; /*Theme Change here*/
margin-top:-135px;
margin-left:-150px;
border-bottom-width: 0;
font:normal 12px Verdana;
line-height:18px;
z-index:100;
background-color: white;
width: 200px;
visibility: hidden;
filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Shadow(color=#CACACA,direction=135,strength=4); /*Add Shadow in IE. Remove if desired*/
}

Again, thank you, they are now aligning nicely.

However, now they disappear as soon as the mouse leaves the parent link. So I can't click the links at the bottom of the drop at all. I hope I've made that clear enough, it's difficult to explain.

Edited to add - this new disappearing trick is only happening in Mozilla 1.5

Get rid of this:

#inner1 {
position: absolute;
z-index: 4;
overflow: auto;
top: 0px;
left: 5px;
height: 380px;
width: 720px;
padding:10px;
bottom-padding: 40px;
}
