My PC is running slow in my car

Good morning!
I'm using my PC in the car sometimes. And when this happens it becomes very slow. I can't click anything and wait for PC to load something about 10 min. I'm not using internet when I'm in car. Who has the same? How did you fix that?

I went to the technician yesterday and he recommended me to check PC for viruses. So I did. seems like everything is fine now.

The feel when you already know all this stuff, and it's still slow, More advice is you should clean your pc, I opened up my PC, and there was so much dust I could barely see the parts!
