HElp I need a PAGE Down Script..

I need a Page Down and Page up Script. I want to put a STATIC Button on the right side of my web pages that are framesets (mainframe is the one I need it in ) that will follow the user and when they click the button it will do a PAGE down, or a PAGE UP...

PLEASE Help me...

You could use page anchors <a name="top"></a> and then make the button link as href="#anchor".

Just a thought.
