Sorry.....page in HTML

Hello everyone.

This might not be the right place to post this, well that's because i think its to do with HTML. Anyway, here's the problem:

I have seen many websites, where when a link is down or a problem occurs thet have the Error page come up. But it is customized, like in HTML. Can you make these, or is a feature you pay for????


If anyone out there knows the secret to this, please help..

That is done server side. Post in the forum of the server side language of your choice (pick one you have access to on your server) for more details. This link also looks promising:
