Fixed and scrolling table

Dear friends
Hope to get some help once again :)
I have a page with two tables on.
One with pictures and one with 100+ lines of info.
I would like the table with pictures to be visible at all*times while scrolling through the table with information.

The code has also been amended to allow it to work on devices
other than a desktop pc.
