Resources for learning

Can you recommend anywhere to learn CSS? I'm still a rookie, but I'm starting to get the hang of HTML, and I'm thinking CSS could be next.

And yes, there are tons of resources, but in my experience the quality varies a lot, so I'm looking for recommendations!
