Same design structure for multiple clients' websites makes a copyright problem?

Here I'm talking about "design structure" not a clone design. Rather the content, graphics are whole different. As drafting a new design from scratch is somehow difficult though I manipulate my existing design structure and alter it as per client's requirement. Need to hear from experts, does it make copyright problems in future?

If any of the elements of your custom website are reproduced on another site, then you have a case for copyright infringement.
