I get how to insert the script (I think) But when you say to insert the image into web directory. Where is that.

I put the image into the file that was holding all images for the page I was updating, but notheing happend. Please help. Thank you. trtldove76

Technically speaking, you cannot "put the image into the file that was holding all images for the page". So, I am at a loss, unless by file, you really mean folder or directory. If that is the case then, when you reference the image in the code, you must include the path to it in this directory. For example, if all images are in a directory named 'images" that branches from the directory that the page is in, use:
