Working on my website at http://www.streettrain.ie Navigation on Firefox works ok. But on Chrome it does not render. Does it do this at your end and is there a break or a fix.

That looks a little like what you get if you disable the stylesheet:
<link rel="stylesheet" href="css/myStyle.css" type="text/css" media="screen" />
But not really. The font is off and other things are slightly different, but the menu shows as a vertical list in about the same spot as in your screen shot.
Is there any chance you have a custom stylesheet somehow enforced in that browser? Either for sites in general or for that page/site in particular?
Also check that your Chrome is up to date. And perhaps try resetting it to its defaults
One other thing, that looks like it could be an emulation or on a mobile, is it?

Looks fine on Chrome here too. Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100.

your html has several errors that you should fix too, look at https://validator.w3.org/nu/?showsource=yes&doc=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.streettrain.ie
