Hi guys

I have a page on my website that has thumbnails that are within an IFRAME and when I setup the lightbox script to open the full size image, it opens in the IFRAME, which is too small to show the full size image.

So how do I call the full size image to show outside the IFRAME using the Lightbox script.

(lightbox script was found here → http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/lightbox/index.htm )

Thnx in advanced

This has come up before here and on the author's web (http://huddletogether.com/projects/lightbox/) site but, although there have been some pretty impressive mods of this script there, nothing along these lines for frames or iframes. I've just been playing around with it for the second time now with this idea in mind and it truly is daunting. One relatively easy fix would be to get the iframe to enlarge to the window size during display of the large image, then shrink back to its native size on close of the large image. This would push all other content from the viewable area of the page, except for whatever was in the iframe, leaving only this to be dimly seen beneath the overlay png image. I don't know if this would be acceptable to you or not and would need some checking at least and probably refinement to get it to work well in all likely situations and browsers.

Thnx for the reply man

The thing is i had this done with a DHTML window, with the aid of my javascript guy. We had the same problem there... he found a way to force it out of the frame by calling it from the main page. Hes out of the country now and i cant get this lightbox to work.
