SaveAslave does not know how to use this bulletin board, but needs a volunteer web designer to help the SaveAslave reader upload, put video content on web site .
A knowledge of PHP Java script might be helpful.
The reader is encouraged to put content on the SaveAslave web site.

This isn't really a jobs forum. It's a help forum for those who are trying to do their own work and have at least some idea what they're doing. You might try a search like:

to find forums and boards that are dedicated to the sort of request you're making. Not many people will likely be willing to do such extensive work as you seem to be requesting for free, but some might.
