Problem with menu slider

When I try in Fire Fox

The menu slides properly
however
I want the “black buttom with ARH ” above the menu slider
this is a toggle button to open and close slider menu

When I try in Google chrome
the slider pushes the black buttom with ARH and website content to right
in short this script is not compatible with browser
how to make this compatible with chrome

or
pls suggest any other script
