Morning,
Lately ive been having issues with my site where the page doesn't display correctly.
See example below,

Without www
http://theremotedoctor.co.uk/accfiat.html?scrollto=selection

With www
http://www.theremotedoctor.co.uk/accfiat.html?scrollto=selection

Writing a 301 redirect would solve this issue ?

When i click the links above i see the www link perfect BUT when i click the link without www i see all the text down the left hand side of the page. ??

clearing cache, with the F5 function key, will cure that problem. :D

F5 makes no difference for me.

A member mentioned this 301 before but now its having an issue more than ever.
I was looking to the 301 to have the non www direct to the www page so this would fix it.
What do you think ?

as all of my test browsers render your pages with or without
the "www", I, personally, don't think that you have a problem.

So, I would suggest that you should get another forum member
to confirm that your problem does actually exist.

I just used the link that you supplied, without the "query string"...

...but, of course, it also worked OK for me with it. :D

I am sorry, I cheated. :D

In all my browsers, the "http://" is never displayed. ;)

I manually put it in so that the image would show
that I was definitely referring to a "non-www" link.

I tried both links in the Opera and Chrome browsers without ad blockers and I see no issue either. Both look identical and appear as coothead reported.

Thanks for checking.
I have yet again checked both links in Chrome and still see a issue.
Having said that when using the same two links in Fire Fox both show all ok as they should be displayed.

Where the video player and operating buttons to the right need to be correctly inserted.
On my pages I have 4 images across the page but on the page in question I have only 3, two and three button,flip remote upgrade,Weston etc etc. Reason being when I have 4 the page looks a mess, so I've remove 1 so so it looks ok until video player and buttons are correct then the 4th one will be put back.

Falling in line with my other pages when the video button is pressed not only does the main image change to my beginning of the video but there is a scroll to code applied.
This is when on the iPhone the video will be brought down into a viewing part on the screen, other after you select a video button the video is out of site.
I can't check at present but it was something along the lines of scroll to content ?

Afternoon all,
Today i have used all my spyware & cleaning tools etc.
Some 4 hours of scanning etc.

The first post i made regarding my issue is now not shown.
I have just clicked on both links that i supplied here after cleaning my pc and now both show correctly.
I will monitor this for the next day or two.
