Windows 10 keeps saying wrong password during login

The computer used to work fine with the password I input. But it keeps saying wrong password today at login. I don't know whether someone changed it or not. It is a HP laptop with Windows 10 64 bit.

have you made a password reset disc before? If so, just inert it to your locked computer and reset password.

If not, I suggest you try some free windows password reset tool like ntpassword, ophcrack or uukeys windows password mate..

OK, moderator here. I'm closing this thread, it's going nowhere. The solutions offered are adequate and not all that complicated. I suspect that this may even be a situation where someone wants to gain access to a system they are not authorized to. In any case, if it's that, we cannot help. If you really just messed up, use one of the simple programs available for that purpose, please download one, do the best you can with it, and if you still need help, start a new thread about that, describing which program and what issues you are having with it.
