Update old HTML marquee to new CSS marquee

Good Morning all,
Here is the page in question,

Near the bottom of the page you will see a Marquee sliding from right to left etc,recently this has started to slide off the right hand side & on its left return path stops somewhat short.
I am looking to update this code now using css so i can make the container for where it slides deeper,change color of background,font color,speed etc etc
This needs to be done with css within the page.

Can you advise what i need to remove & what i need to then replace it with.
I can then add / edit from there on.

Have you found a CSS replacement that fits your needs?

If not, start your research there - Googling something like "CSS only marquee" seems like a logical place to start. You'll probably find demos and instructions to install them on your page.

If you're experiencing installation problems at that stage, post a link to your reduced demo page (a link to the original demo too) and explain which aspect you're having problems with. We need to see what you've tried in order to be able to offer help though.
