best live chat software?

I am looking for some good looking live chat software for a small woocommerce webshop. I know tawk but I don't want to choose any of free softwares because I just don't feel like it's safe. Did anyone of you have any knowledge about this king od softwares? Could you tell me which one is the best?

It sounds good. And I see that you can customize it however you want. Did you checked it maybe? I found out that design is very important.

I use them and their customization is pretty good. You can do almost everything with CSS.

OK, I think it's time we close this thread. Generally we would not have allowed it in the first place, too much like advertising for the various commercial softwares under discussion.

In the future I would encourage folks to use Google to find commercial software and/or commercial software reviews before asking about them here.
