iphone email question

Hi,
Just some advice & wondering if any iphone users here have the same issue.

I have an iphone 6 plus & when i click on a link the email opens up but the TO field does not show anything like where you are supposed to send the email,its blank.
Do you experiance this and/or is there a workaround that you know of.

Turn off the phone then turn it on. Sometimes such glitches happen but will disappear in the next phone restart.

You don't have to turn it off. You can just close it by swipe up email app in your multitasking view (double click home). After that you can clear your memory by clicking and holding power button to see your swipe to turn off on screen. And after that just click and hold home button until it disappear ;)

To fix this i created a form at Jot Form then when the link is selected the form opens.
This has got around the problem for me.
