Hyperlinks not working

Hi,
As per title hyperlinks not all working.
Ive only put a few links on to see how it goes but then stopped when i noticed this issue.
I have as a test for you supplied two pages which both have the same links applied to the left / right arrow image at the bottom of the page.

Here is the working page

Both have the same arrow files & both have the same links applied.
Cant see why one page will work & the other not ?

Are you refering to the left/right arrow links to the "Instructions" page
