Textual Tooltip 2 - Without Link

Hey :)

This is proabably very simple but on the Textual Tooltip 2 how would you implement it but without the link so when you move your mouse over the text the description appears as normal

In the demo, substitute:

<span

for:

<A HREF="whatever"

and use </span> instead of </A>.
