Need help in Translucent slideshow Script

3) Describe problem:

Have copy the instructions from the "Translucent slideshow Script" (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex14/translucentslide.htm) onto my html. However, the images / slideshow is not displayed.
Can anybody kindly guide me to make it work ?
Also, where or what do i do with the external javascript file (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex14/translucentslideshow.js)?
