Does anyone know what t.a3cloud.net is? As I was linking to a page on one of my own domains, I saw that site listed as an intermediate "waiting for" point. Should I be worried?

Virus scan for the site came back negative but I was unable to find any information that explains what the site is for.
Not sure about that one.
