When can I put my own avatar & siggy or edit my avatar & siggy?

Like how many posts do I need to be able to edit my avatar & signature??

I am new on the board & I was trying to find the rules of the board & yes I tried the search first giggles.

Hope someone can help :)

I finally found the DD forum rules but it didn't explain enough in detail how many post I need to be able to edit my avatar & signature!

All it said is about signatures, that it can only be text NO IMAGE & it can only be 4 lines.

There is NOTHING about how many post you need to be able to edit your avatar & signature area! If there is one, please direct me to the FULL rules lol please
