a) I would like to increase the width of the Pushmenu so that I can place a contactform in there. How do I do this?

b) I want the animated drawer button replaced by a random button. e.g. Call-to-Action. How do I do this?

To change the width of the menu, look in the CSS file and search for "width". Change the explicit px values to suit. There is a comment against .pushmenu that says
/* default menu width */so that's a good place to start.

And to change the toggle button, read the instructions on the demo page, towards the bottom, under the heading
Creating custom toggle buttons for the push menuand try it out.
