Isse With Custom Scrollbar and Tab Button

I am trying to use your “Slick Custom Scrollbar script v1.1” on my website but keep running into a snag:

I’m using this script to display a custom scrollbar on a web form, which moves to the next field via the Tab button. When I move to a field not displayed on the page (lower down on the form) via the Tab button, the scrollbar does not extend down to the bottom of the screen. Instead, it stays at the same position it was in (relative to the page position) before the scroll, leaving no way to return to the top of the page.
I’ve searched the forum but couldn’t find a solution to this problem.

If someone could please help me fix this issue I would greatly appreciate it.

Actually, I've resolved the problem. I've created a work-around and disabled the Tab button function for the form. This will force the user to use the scrollbar or mouse wheel to navigate through the form without the experiencing the scrollbar issue.
