New fadeslideshow coding not working... just started

Newbie to this forum...

Have been using fadeslideshow for a while, and all worked as promised. Several in production....

Started a rebuild of a site, and now nothing works, even cut & paste from code that is currently working in production....

Examples:

Been staring at this for 2 days....

Any help is much appreciated...
