Full Page Image slideshow won't run

3) Describe problem: Have added a page that includes this slideshow using Dreamweaver to an existing website. When previewing the page on my computer it runs fine in both IE and Chrome. However, when it's published to the website the slideshow will not run, it simply hangs on the throbber graphic. Have tried it using IE, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox all with the same result. There could also be other problems, but there are two 404 Not Founds among the images:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://www.ljgardner.com/russellscarpet.com/img/img5.jpg
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://www.ljgardner.com/russellscarpet.com/img/img6.jpg

There are these images (uppercase .JPG):

So that's probably it because upper and lower case almost never matter locally, and almost always matter when things are live on the server.
