Content in Diffent Languages (English, German etc.) - How to do?

Hi,

A newbie here :). I would just like to ask some help coz I want to create a website, actually I already made one, but I also want it in different language. Like when you click on a flag of a certain country, the site will automatically change its language.

Do I have to create the same site but in different language? One by one? If so, is the online translator we usually find here over the net are that accurate?

I hope you could help me with this. I would appreciate it very much.
