Fadeshow help with Wordpress

I'd like some help using Ultimate Fade In Slideshow

I've used the slideshow successfully several times but am having trouble getting it to work properly within the header of a WordPress site: http://inlandnwgravel.myloonlake.com/ (http://inlandnwgravel.myloonlake.com/) It works fine on the main page but I cannot figure out how to get it to display on the rest of the pages for the website.

I've read all the forum posts but have not been able to get a clear fix for this problem that I can understand. I'm a little new to WordPress but have set up a child theme and I have located all the files that need to be modified.

If anyone can direct me to where I need to modify the code to get my slideshow to display within the header on all the pages I'd be very grateful. I've spent days trying to figure it out on my own.

Looking at the source of one of your sub pages, for example: http://inlandnwgravel.myloonlake.com/contact-us/ , the problem is the reference to fadeslideshow.js. It's broken. You can fix that by changing the reference to the .js file to an absolute reference:
