Easy CMS

Hello,

I'm looking for an easy CMS with mySQL
The website is mainly statics, except for a few "news" pages.
For those pages I would like to have a CMS only for the content.
Different posters should be able to post, but the admin should be able to grant each one access to post to certain pages.
Also, I would like to have it so that each post must be approved before being posted.
Being to add pictures to the posts would be a plus.

6-7 years ago I used a script that was able to do this, but I don't have it anymore and don't know it's name either.

Can anyone help me with this?
