Dynamic Ajax Content script loading

3) Describe problem: I have a menu with 2 links directing to an other content page. Link 1 loads additionaly a lightboxscript. Firstly, it works, but if i jump to link 2 and than backto link 1, the script doesn't work anymore

Can anyone help me?
