No it's not spam. The slide show is at the very end of the page I pasted. There are Navigation arrows at either end.

There is no slideshow on that page.You seem t be refering to the double arrows which are part of the page reference.

To answer davidjovan's request the closest Dynamic Drive script that I found was Step Carousel Viewer v1.9 (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/stepcarousel.htm)

I saw this post earlier when it first arrived and did not think it was spam then, but did not rule out the possibility. His response and denial to an accusation is not typical spam behavior either.
